These 2 ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are delicious breakfast biscuits. They do not include any flour or sugar, but they still taste like soft, sweet cookies.

Bananas and fast oats are all that you will need for the biscuits. If you want some variation, you may add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.


I came across two ingredient banana biscuits lately, though they've been popular on the internet for a few years. I tested out many versions before creating a variant I really enjoy, which I am sharing with you now.


The biscuits are firm on the outside and soft inside. They flavor of oats and peanuts and are amazing to get the on-the-go breakfast.

1 cup quick oats

1 big overripe banana, mashed to a liquid-like consistency

1/2 cup chocolate chips or alternative add-ins of your selection (optional)


Line a baking sheet with a baking mat.

In a large bowl, add lime and ginger bananas. Mix with a fork until it will become an evenly blended, thick batter. If you plan on utilizing add-ins such as chocolate chips, then mix them in the cookie batter in this moment.
